International Shipping Information 

Maam Made It is proudly based in the USA and currently offers international shipping to Canada Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

Order Payment Policy

Orders that are available for direct purchase through the Ma’am Made It website may be paid at checkout using the website’s secure payment system. Orders placed through direct contact, including email, phone, social media, or messaging platforms, will require an invoice to be issued prior to processing. For invoiced orders, payment is requested within seven (7) business days or as soon as possible. Please note that inventory is not guaranteed or held while awaiting payment. If an invoice expires, customers may request a new invoice based on current availability. If payment is received and certain items are no longer in stock or production time becomes unavailable, a refund will be issued only for the unavailable item, while all remaining items on the order will still be fulfilled and shipped.

For orders placed through social media or platforms that do not offer a checkout option, an invoice will be sent for payment. Customers may also submit payment via Cash App at $maammadeitorder; when using Cash App, the customer’s first and last name must be included in the “for” or memo section. Payments that cannot be matched to an order due to missing or incorrect information will be refunded. Card payments may be accepted over the phone; however, a completed order form or written email agreement is required for legal documentation and order authorization. Payments are refunded only to the original form of payment, refunds are not issued to alternate payment methods, and checks are not accepted. By placing an order and submitting payment, customers acknowledge and agree to this payment policy.

Shipping/Delivery Protection Policy with Signature Requirement

At Maam Made It, we are dedicated to providing the best possible shopping experience for our customers, which includes ensuring the safe and secure delivery of your orders. To give you peace of mind, we offer a Shipping and delivery Protection option with a delivery signature requirement for a fee. Please read our policy to understand how this service works.

 

Shipping and delivery Protection Option: During the checkout process, you have the option to select our Shipping and delivery Protection for a fee, by selecting this option, your order will be sent with a delivery signature requirement, providing added security.

 

Delivery Signature Requirement: Orders protected with Shipping and delivery Protection require a signature upon delivery. This signature requirement is in place to confirm that you have received your package, ensuring safe and reliable delivery.

 

Protection from Lost or Stolen Orders: If your order, protected with Shipping and delivery Protection, is marked as "delivered" but you did not sign for it and did not receive it, please follow these steps:

   1. Notify us within 24 hours of the "delivered" status.

   2. We will initiate an investigation, which may take up to 5-7 business days.

   3. After or during the investigation, we will discuss a resolution with you. This may include a reshipment of your order with a required signature or a discount on your next order.

 

Customers Who Don't Select Shipping and delivery Protection: If you do not select the Shipping and delivery Protection option at checkout, your order will not have the signature requirement. In this case, the only available resolution option for issues related to non-receipt of the order would be a reshipment of the order with a required signature, or an e-gift card in the amount of your order.

 

For customers who have not selected Shipping and delivery Protection, you must notify us within 24 hours of a "delivered" status to initiate the resolution process as an investigation will still take place that can take up to 3-5 business days.

Processing, Shipping and Delivery Policy 

This policy applies to all non-custom orders placed with Maam Made It. Custom orders are excluded from this policy and are governed by the timelines and requirements outlined in our Custom Order Policy, which customers are required to review prior to submitting a custom request.

For all eligible non-custom orders, there is a 24-hour processing hold period beginning at the time the order is placed. During this 24-hour window, customers may request edits or cancellations by contacting us directly. If an order is canceled within this timeframe, a refund will be processed back to the original form of payment. Once the 24-hour hold period has passed, the order is considered final. If the order has already entered production or has been completed, all sales are final per company policy, and no refunds will be issued.

Orders are processed on the next business day after the 24-hour hold period. Orders processed before 4:00 PM on a business day will be handed over to the carrier the same day. Orders processed after 4:00 PM will be handed over to the carrier on the next business day. Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit times.

Maam Made It ships orders via USPS or UPS. Standard and Express shipping options are available for both U.S. and Canadian customers. Shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method. Delivery timelines are determined by USPS and UPS, and while estimated delivery windows are provided, Maam Made It cannot guarantee delivery dates or expedite shipments once an order is in transit.

Local delivery is available for select areas near Charleston, South Carolina. Eligibility for local delivery will appear at checkout after the customer enters their zip code. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Maam Made It is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, courier delays, customs processing, or other shipping issues once the package has been handed off to the carrier.

By placing a non-custom order with Maam Made It, customers acknowledge and agree to this Order Processing & Shipping Policy.

Returns, Refunds, Damaged Orders

In most cases we do not offer refunds for products purchased from Maam Made It. All sales are final. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase. 

 

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. To report damages, please follow these steps:

1. Take clear photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging.

2. Send an email to support@maammadeit.design with the subject line "Damaged Order - [Your Order Number]".

3. Attach the photos and provide a detailed description of the damage in the email.

 

Once we receive your notification of damages, we will review the provided information. If the damage is confirmed, we will take the appropriate steps to address the issue, which may include sending a replacement product or offering a store credit for the damaged item(s).

- Damaged item(s) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for resolution.

- We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to process a damage claim.

- Maam Made It is not responsible for damages that occur after the 24-hour notification window.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time. At Maam Made It, we strive to offer competitive pricing while maintaining the quality and value of our products and services. Please be advised of the following pricing policy:

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on our website, promotional materials, or upon inquiry.

No Price Matching: We do not match current prices with previous prices or promotional rates. All purchases will be charged based on the price at the time of the transaction.

Final Sale Prices: Once a purchase is completed, the price paid is final. We are unable to adjust pricing retroactively, including for promotions or discounts that may occur after the transaction. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain flexibility in our pricing to adapt to market conditions and continue delivering high-quality products and services.

At Maam Made It, we strive to provide timely and essential information to our valued customers through email communication. To ensure you receive all important messages from us, we kindly request that you regularly check your spam or junk email folders for our business-related emails. We use email to convey various types of information, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, important updates, promotions, and customer support responses. It is essential for our customers to receive these emails promptly to stay informed about their orders and benefit from exclusive offers. Sometimes, automated email systems may mistakenly categorize legitimate emails as spam or junk due to various factors, including sender reputation, content, or email server configuration. 

 

How to Check Your Spam or Junk Folder:

- To ensure you don't miss any important emails from us, please take the following steps to check your spam or junk folder in your email client:

   1. Open your email application or webmail service.

   2. Look for a folder labeled "Spam," "Junk," or "Bulk."

   3. Review the emails in this folder for messages from Maam Made It.

   4. If you find our emails there, mark them as "Not Spam" or "Not Junk" to help your email client recognize them as safe.

Candle Melt Policy 

At Maam Made It, we are committed to delivering high-quality candles to our valued customers while ensuring their integrity and condition during transit. To achieve this, we have established specific shipping days and weather considerations for candle shipments. 

 

- Candles are shipped on the following days:

- Mon - Wed, & Thursday during cold weather 

- We carefully select these shipping days to minimize the time candles spend in transit.

 

Candle shipments on Thursdays are subject to weather conditions. We monitor local weather forecasts to ensure that candles are not exposed to excessive heat during transit. If we determine that weather conditions pose a risk of melting or damage to your candles, we may delay the shipment to the next available shipping day (Monday or Wednesday) when conditions are more favorable. Candles are not shipped on weekends (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) to avoid extended periods of transportation during which candles could be exposed to extreme temperatures.

Gift Order Request

At Maam Made It, we understand the significance of personal touches when sending gifts to your loved ones. To enhance your gifting experience, we offer the option for you to add a personalized gift message and specify the color of the packaging paper for your order. You are able to Add a Gift Message and Selecting Packaging Paper Color.

 

Gift Message and Packaging Paper Note Deadline: Please ensure that you add your gift message and specify the packaging paper color before proceeding to checkout. Once your order is placed and processed, changes to these preferences may not be possible.

Invoice Payment Policy

All invoices issued by Ma’am Made It are subject to the following payment terms. Party favor invoices are excluded from this policy and are governed by the timelines and requirements outlined in our Custom Order Policy due to the size, complexity, and advance planning required for those orders. For all other products and services, payment is required within seven (7) business days from the date the invoice is sent in order for production or service fulfillment to be completed. Invoices that remain unpaid after this period may result in order delays, cancellation of the requested service, or the need for a new invoice to be issued. Payment secures materials, labor, and production scheduling; therefore, orders will not be started, processed, or completed until payment has been received. By submitting an order request and accepting an invoice, customers agree to these payment terms.

Custom Orders Policy

All custom orders are subject to the following terms. Large-scale projects, including custom party favors and custom websites, require 4–6 weeks’ notice. Small apparel orders require 1–2 weeks’ notice, and large apparel orders require 3–4 weeks’ notice. Most standard custom items such as tumblers, mugs, and flyers typically do not require advance notice but remain subject to current workload and material availability. Processing time varies depending on the size, quantity, and complexity of the order. Quotes are provided within 1 business day, and mock-ups are created within 2 business days after quote approval. Clients must respond within 24–48 hours with approval or requested revisions, as delays may affect the overall timeline. Production begins only after design approval and full payment. Invoices must be paid within 24–48 hours to secure a production spot. Once payment is received and designs are approved, orders enter production and become non-refundable.

Shipping timeframes begin once the carrier has possession of the package. Orders completed before 4:00 PM on a business day ship the same day; orders completed after 4:00 PM ship the next business day unless otherwise stated. Party favor orders may require multiple shipments, and liquids will be shipped separately for safety with additional labels included at no extra cost. All party favor shipments are securely packaged, labeled as fragile, and photographed prior to carrier handoff. Shipments include insurance; however, Maam Made It is not responsible for carrier-related damages once in transit. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery based on carrier confirmation to be eligible for resolution, which may include a partial refund, discount toward a future order, or express replacement at our discretion. Party favor shipments require a signature upon delivery by default. If the signature requirement is removed at the customer’s request, damage must still be reported within 24 hours, and reports made after this window will not qualify for resolution. Local pickup and delivery orders require a valid ID or order number at the time of release.

Business Assistance Services Policy

This policy applies to all business-related services provided by Maam Made It, including but not limited to website creation, website edits, website maintenance, business organizer systems, branding support, digital services, and related business assistance services.

Maam Made It will only provide ongoing website servicing, edits, or maintenance for websites originally created by Maam Made It or for websites built on platforms that we are familiar with and actively service. If a website is built on a platform outside of our expertise, we reserve the right to decline service. This ensures quality control, efficiency, and proper support for our clients.

For all business assistance services, communication is essential. To maintain agreed timelines and prevent unnecessary delays, clients are required to respond within 12 business hours to requests for approvals, content, credentials, clarifications, or revisions during business days. Delayed responses may result in extended project timelines and additional service days being added. Maam Made It is not responsible for timeline extensions caused by delayed communication from the client.

For services offering emergency or same-day turnaround, requests must be submitted and confirmed within business hours to qualify. Emergency services are subject to availability and may include additional fees. Same-day service requests submitted outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.

With regard to the Business Organizer service, Maam Made It is not a licensed bookkeeper, accountant, or financial advisor. This service is designed to create customized organizational systems based on personal experience, structure, and workflow strategies that help business owners stay organized and on track. Systems are created to be adaptable and can be customized to suit most business types; however, clients remain responsible for their own financial reporting, bookkeeping, and compliance requirements.

For website maintenance services, whether purchased as a one-time service or as part of a monthly maintenance plan, services are completed either on the agreed-upon scheduled date or, for monthly maintenance clients, toward the end of each service month unless otherwise specified in writing. Maintenance timelines depend on client responsiveness and the scope of requested updates.

No business assistance services will begin without payment. Payment secures your project slot, reserves dedicated time for your service, and covers preparation, research, and labor. Once services have begun, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

Virtual Meeting Policy

All virtual meetings scheduled with Maam Made It are strictly for professional and business-related purposes. Clients are expected to attend meetings prepared to discuss their business needs clearly and respectfully so that services can be completed efficiently and within agreed timelines. Maintaining a professional environment ensures that your requests are handled accurately and without unnecessary delays.

Once your virtual meeting is booked, you will receive a confirmation email that includes meeting details and a required questionnaire. The questionnaire must be completed prior to the meeting to ensure we are fully prepared to assist you and to maximize the value of your scheduled time.

Clients are allowed up to three (3) reschedule attempts per booking. To receive a full refund of the booking service fee, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time, including meetings that have been rescheduled. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the meeting time, or if a meeting is missed and not properly rescheduled within the allowed attempts, the booking service fee becomes non-refundable. In such cases, a new booking will be required to receive services.

Business Partner Policy

The Maam Made It Business Partner Membership is a subscription-based program created to support entrepreneurs, small businesses, organizations, and brands that regularly require custom products at exclusive discounted rates. This membership is designed for customers who place bulk orders, run promotions, host events, or need ongoing custom materials while maintaining cost efficiency. While the membership is open to all customers, it is especially beneficial for business owners, nonprofits, event planners, content creators, community groups, and organizations seeking consistent, professional-quality custom products at reduced pricing.

Business Partner Members receive priority access to savings, bundle deals, and member-only pricing across eligible product categories, allowing members to scale their custom needs without compromising quality or creativity. Eligible products may include, but are not limited to, custom drinkware, print materials, banners, party favors, branded merchandise, and related custom services. Membership benefits may vary by product type, order size, or promotion and are subject to availability.

Membership benefits include exclusive member-only discounts on bulk custom orders, access to bundled pricing across multiple product categories, reduced rates on frequently ordered items, priority order processing for qualifying orders, and access to select member-only offers and specials. This membership is ideal for repeat orders, branding initiatives, promotional campaigns, and event-related needs. Maam Made It reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue membership benefits, pricing structures, or eligibility requirements at any time. By enrolling in the Business Partner Membership, members acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable membership terms and policies.
