Cancellation Policy

By booking a virtual session with Maam Made It, you agree to the following terms. All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment, and session prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, missed appointments, or no-shows will result in a $15 administrative fee, with any remaining balance refunded to the original payment method used at checkout. If you need to reschedule, a new booking request must be submitted. Fees associated with late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows cannot be transferred, credited, or applied toward a future session. Complimentary session notes may be provided to participants at no additional charge to help reinforce the information discussed during the session. Unless otherwise specified, all virtual sessions are designed as one-on-one training sessions. If multiple individuals join a session booked for a single participant, we may request that the session continue with only the registered attendee. If a one-on-one environment cannot be maintained, the session may be canceled and refunded minus the $15 administrative fee. This policy ensures that each participant receives personalized attention, has adequate time to ask questions, and gains the full value of the training experience. If multiple individuals wish to participate, we encourage booking a dedicated group session. Virtual sessions are not recorded by Maam Made It, and we respectfully ask that participants do not record sessions themselves. However, note-taking is welcome and encouraged. Our goal is to provide a productive, educational, and personalized learning experience, and we encourage participants to come prepared with questions, ideas, and materials related to their selected session so we can make the most of our time together. 💻📚✨
